It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to ensure booking details and tickets are correct as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
In the event of the festival advertised on the ticket having to be abandoned during the event (for any reason) the festival will deemed to have been held and no refunds will be possible.
Gosport Sunset Festival accepts no responsibility for any personal property lost, damaged or stolen.
Once a booking has been made the ticket quantities cannot be changed. We cannot part cancel/refund bookings and a new ticket purchase would be necessary if more tickets are required.
All audience members consent to audio/visual recording of the festival for publicity purposes.
The festival organisers accept no responsibility for damage to hearing and thus as this is a live music event with loud bands it is the responsibility of all ticket holders and traders to protect their own hearing and that of their children under their responsibilty with suitable ear protection
The organisers accept no responsibility for any personal injury or loss of life that may occur at this event. This includes electrocution, exposure or illness cause by consuming illegal substances. As this is a woodland site with a small stream parents accept responsibility to look after and protect their children in their care and to make them aware not to ingest anything they shouldn’t.
No alcohol from outside will be tolerated. Only ottled water will be allowed from outside the site.
Anyone bringing illegal substances on to the site for either personal use or to sell will be detained and passed on to the police.
Anyone considered to be inebriated or drunk beyond reasonable levels will be asked to leave.
Any food consumed from traders will be at the purchasers own risk. It is the purchasers responsibility to check for special dietary requirements when buying food.
No weapons of any kind will be allowed on to the site.
Anyone found to be using aggressive, abusive or racist language will be removed.
It is the responsibility of the trader and ticket purchaser to bring suitable clothing. This is an outdoor event so be aware of the forecast on the day.
THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE FOLLOWING RIGHTS
To refuse entry to or remove any persons from the festival.
For security to search and “pat-down” a person and their belongings on entry to the festival, including searching of bags.
Make changes to the schedule due to unforeseen/unavoidable circumstances. This includes, the right to cancel or replace any act on the bill, including perceived headline acts.
Cancel the festival for reasons beyond our control without notice and without liability to pay any person compensation or damage whatsoever.
In the event of the festival being cancelled due to natural disaster or being cancelled due to the spread, or to prevent the spread of Virus neither the festival organiser or the Horse and Jockey pub will be liable or responsible to offer refunds to either ticket holders or traders. This also includes terrorist threat or attack.
If the festival needs to be abandoned during the event due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or any other reason the festival organiser reserves the right to do so without liability to pay any person compensation or ticket refunds.
